WILD HORSE BREWERY @ TGTG

WILD HORSE BREWERY BEERS HIT THE SHELVES
We are proud to be stocking a selection of Beers, brewed in Llandudno at the Wild Horse Brewery on Builders Street.

The Range includes:

BUCKSKIN BLONDE

A lager-ale hybrid… made with lager malt but fermented with ale yeast. A balanced, easy-drinking beer with a clean, crisp finish. The perfect beer for chilling out with on a warm summer’s day.

PALOMINO PALE ALE

Inspired by the US West Coast, we brew this hop heavy American Pale Ale with generous amounts of Cascade and Chinook hops. Expect citrus fruit and pine with a dry, bitter finish – our take on a modern classic.

DARK BAY PORTER

This dark ale is a showcase of malt and is inspired by the historic porter ales of London. Dark Bay is rich, malty and chocolatey with hints of coffee and caramel. Pairs perfectly with a rich chocolate desert or with toasted marshmallows around a campfire.

DRY HOPPED AMERICAN WHEAT

This is not your typical wheat beer – a half-barley malt, half-wheat malt base is elevated by a generous load of West Coast hops, finished with a Mosaic dry-hop. The result is a light, refreshing beer with a big hit of tropical fruit.

BLACK PILSNER

The second lager of the 10 Barrel Series, and another style we love.  Don’t judge this beer by its looks – it’s not a porter or a stout.  It drinks more like its lighter, better known cousin – German Pilsner.  Debittered black malt gives the beer colour but with a smooth and restrained roasty character, whilst traditional noble hops keep things nicely balanced.  A clean fermenting lager yeast and 5 weeks brewing time results in a beer with a crisp, dry finish.  Another example of what lagers can and should be.
